By accessing or using deux-ygrek.com, requesting quotations or samples, or placing an order with Deux Ygrek, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the website and our services.

All quotations are provided in good faith and remain valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Orders become binding only upon written acceptance by Deux Ygrek and are subject to product availability, seasonal supply, quality approval, and commercial confirmation.

As an agricultural product, fresh produce may naturally vary in calibre, colour, skin appearance, shape, and weight within agreed commercial specifications. Such variations are inherent characteristics of the product and shall not be considered defects.

Lead times are estimates only and may vary due to harvest conditions, logistics, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, all prices are quoted in Euro (EUR) and exclude applicable taxes, duties, freight, insurance, and import charges.

For commercial programme orders, a deposit may be required to reserve production capacity, with the remaining balance payable in accordance with the agreed commercial terms before dispatch or as otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum amount permitted under applicable law, whichever is lower.

Delivery terms shall be governed by the Incoterms® agreed between the parties.

Risk in the goods transfers to the buyer in accordance with the applicable Incoterm. Ownership of the goods remains with Deux Ygrek until full payment has been received in cleared funds.

Upon arrival, the buyer is responsible for unloading, maintaining the cold chain, inspecting the goods without unreasonable delay, and notifying Deux Ygrek of any visible defects or shortages within seven (7) days of delivery.

Fresh produce requires appropriate transportation, storage, and handling to preserve quality.

Following delivery under the agreed Incoterms, responsibility for maintaining appropriate storage temperatures, handling procedures, and food safety practices transfers to the buyer.

Deux Ygrek provides handling guidance and technical documentation where appropriate; however, compliance with local regulatory requirements and proper post-delivery handling remains the buyer's responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deux Ygrek's liability arising from any order, shipment, or supply shall be limited to the replacement of the affected goods or the refund of the purchase price paid for those goods, at our discretion.

Deux Ygrek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of profit, business interruption, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated revenue.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on deux-ygrek.com, including text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, product documentation, and other materials, remains the property of Deux Ygrek or its licensors.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Deux Ygrek shall not be liable for delays or failures to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, crop failure, disease outbreaks, transportation disruption, labour disputes, government action, customs delays, war, or force majeure events.

Where reasonably possible, affected obligations shall resume once the event has ceased.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Egypt, without prejudice to any alternative dispute resolution process mutually agreed by the parties.
